Quyen Pham is the founder partner of P&P and the embodiment of the American Dream.

Pham immigrated to the U.S. from South Viet Nam with her parents and siblings in 1993. She understands that with hard work and persistence, the American Dream is available to all.

Pham graduated from high school in Dallas, Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin where she graduated. She then attended Houston’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she graduated in the top 10% of her class.

After graduating from law school, Pham entered the private practice of law where she has handled family law and civil matters as a sole practitioner in over 1200 cases.
